You will be amazed how quickly we get back to you to answer your questions. Usually, so much can be handled electronically that we will not need to meet in person until going over the artwork to finalize the order with a deposit. 

You choose from many available name brand (Hanes / Jerzees / Gildan / Fruit of the Loom & more) blank goods in numerous styles and price ranges. Your choices are then decorated using high quality screen-printing and/or embroidery. Olde Tyme Graphic's prices are lower than most other providers and all-inclusive: everything is explained and there are no hidden charges.

Prices are based on the total quantity, the color & brand of the blank item you select, and, for screen-printing, the number of colors in your design. The same amount of pre-press work goes into printing 24 shirts as in printing 500 shirts, so the more you order, the cheaper it will be per shirt. Most embroidered items do have a 12-piece minimum. For screen-printing, standard turn-around time is about *10 business days from order placement (reorders are usually processed quicker since artwork is on file) and for embroidery it is *10-14 days from sew-out approval.

 *Turnaround starts from when an order is finalized, not when it is originally submitted. All quotes and mockups must be approved. 

This is a complicated question that we get frequently. The two biggest factors in the cost of an order are color count and quantity. The more colors, the more complicated the setup from start to finish, the more materials we use, and the higher the cost. Most of the cost of the order is in the setup, so the higher your quantity, the more that cost is spread out and the cheaper each shirt is. You need a large quantity of logo apparel at a value price. Screen-printed logo apparel is perfect for promotional items, gifts, events and labor-intensive work-wear. Screen-printing works best if you have multiple or large logos. Keep in mind that screen-printing costs depend on the number of colors in your logo, not the size of your logo. For every color, you need a screen, and the more screens you need, the higher the cost. 

You desire the most professional appearance available. Embroidered logo apparel is perfect for corporate uniforms, professional attire and high-end gifts. You have a single logo for set up and embellishment. Embroidery set-up / logo digitization fees depend on the size of the logo. If your logo has many colors, embroidery pricing includes up to 7 colors. 

YES! We can definitely help you out. Our rush turnaround option allows you to pick an arrival date and lets us do whatever it takes to get it done. There will be a reasonable rush fee attached based on how quickly you need it, which covers shipping fees and production costs. We do our best to make the process as painless as possible.
